The National Religious Retirement Office (NRRO) announces that on Dec. 10-11, 2022, the Diocese of Corpus Christi will hold the annual Retirement Fund for Religious collection in parishes throughout the diocese. 

Elena and Roberto Medina have been parishioners at Holy Family on Corpus Christi’s Westside for 55 years. And for most of those years, Elena has been a faithful member of the Guadalupanas. But one day, Roberto yearned to not only become closer to his wife but also show his love and devotion to the Blessed Mother.

In preparation for Advent and Christmas, Father Paul Hesse, the pastor of St. Pius X, held a question and answering session with students at St. Pius X School Youth Center on Nov. 30.

Sister Olivia Maria Obregon, RSM, a native of Edinburgh, Texas, transitioned to eternal life on the evening of Dec. 1, 2022.
