This status was affirmed under the direction of our late Holy Father, Pope Francis, who instructed each diocese to designate sites where pilgrims could receive a plenary indulgence. Importantly, the holy designation applies to the entire property, not just the inside of the church, so entering the building is not required to fulfill the pilgrimage.

See a Cathedral Deacon or stop by the parish office during open hours to have your Jubilee Passport stamped. Parish Office Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Please note the Parish Office recently moved to the Liturgical Music office facing N. Upper Broadway St.

How to Make a Pilgrimage to the Cathedral Grounds

When visiting the Cathedral grounds, we invite you to:

• Locate the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe in the courtyard and spend time in prayer.

• Attend daily Mass with Fr. Stembler in Emmanuel Chapel, located beneath the Cathedral structure.  Monday – Friday: 7:00 am & 12:05 pm and on Sunday at 7:00 am.
  
  Either of these fulfills the requirements for receiving the Jubilee indulgence.
