2026 BSA Goals
This document outlines your parish’s goal for the 2026 Appeal. Use it to guide your planning, set expectations, and measure progress throughout the campaign.

2025 BSA Goals
This resource provides last year’s goals for reference. It can be helpful for comparing growth, evaluating participation, and setting a vision for this year’s efforts.

2026 BSA Giving QR Code
This QR code allows parishioners to easily make a gift using their mobile device. Include it in bulletins, slides, social media, and printed materials to encourage convenient and immediate giving.

2026 Transmittal Form
Use this form to submit collected gifts from your parish to the Diocese. It ensures accurate recording and proper crediting of all donations. Please follow the instructions carefully when completing and submitting.

Campaign Visuals (Video, Poster, Brochure, Bulletin Insert)
These materials are designed to help you promote the Appeal within your parish:

• Video: Share during Mass announcements, on your website, or social media
• Poster: Display in high-traffic areas around the parish
• Brochure: Provide detailed information for parishioners to take home
• Bulletin Insert: Include in your weekly bulletin to consistently communicate the Appeal

2026 Reports (Weekly Parish Reports)
These reports provide a weekly snapshot of your parish’s progress, including participation, total giving, and goal status. Review them regularly to stay informed, celebrate milestones, and identify opportunities to increase engagement.

 

• Showing the Bishop’s Stewardship Appeal video at all masses on in-pew weekend
• Utilizing bulletin inserts on in-pew weekend and bulletin art with QR code thereafter
• Displaying Bishop’s Stewardship Appeal posters in the high traffic areas of the parish campus
• Displaying Bishop’s Stewardship brochures in areas where other such informational magazines and materials are located
• Utilizing social media materials provided in the online Parish Toolbox to promote the campaign from the parish accounts
• Providing goal progress updates to the parish Finance Council throughout the life of the campaign
