Diocese of Corpus Christi – Safe Environment Platform
The Diocese of Corpus Christi uses COMPASS to manage Safe Environment compliance for individuals serving in our parishes, schools, and ministries.
All individuals must complete a background check and Safe Environment training every three (3) years.
Are You a New Volunteer?
If you are a new volunteer, please contact the Safe Environment Coordinator (SEC) at the parish, school, or diocesan office where you will serve. The SEC will provide you with the access information needed to register in COMPASS. Click on COMPASS login page link below to begin registration. Once registered, you can complete your safe environment requirements in COMPASS.
If you are already an approved volunteer and we have your email address, you will be sent a COMPASS invitation via email when your requirements are about to expire. The Safe Environment Office will notify you when it is time to renew your Safe Environment requirements in COMPASS. If you do not have an email, please contact your safe environment coordinator to check and see when your requirements expire. If they tell you they are expired or about to expire, please click on the COMPASS link above, register in COMPASS and complete your requirements.
If You Are with a Non-Diocesan Entity
Please contact the Office for Safe Environment at the Diocese of Corpus Christi to receive instructions for completing Safe Environment training.
