Our mission is to responsibly steward the Diocese of Corpus Christi’s real estate and physical assets by overseeing real estate, construction, property management, and facility planning. Through responsible stewardship and long-term planning, we help ensure diocesan properties continue to serve the faithful throughout South Texas.

What We Do

The Office of Real Estate and Construction oversees the Diocese’s real estate, construction, and property management activities. The office coordinates the acquisition, sale, and leasing of diocesan property; oversees construction and renovation projects; assists with property maintenance and facility planning; maintains property records; provides support for property tax matters; and oversees real estate matters relating to parishes and schools. The office also assists in planning for the Diocese’s future land and facility needs while promoting the responsible stewardship of diocesan properties.
