Incarnate Word Academy students meet U.S. Congressman Blake Farenthold on May 20.
 
Farenthold, who is an alumnus of IWA High School Level, spoke to seniors and congratulated them as their graduation date approaches.
 
In addition, Farenthold presented two U.S. flags to seniors Edward Hicks Layton and William Charles Layton. The flags, which flew over the U.S. Capitol were donated by Farenthold as a 2016 Paradise Island auction item.
 
The auction item was purchased by the gala’s advisory chair Gloria Hicks to give as graduation gifts to her twin grandsons, known as Hicks and Wills.
